Why you should quit smoking

Here are 8 ways that your health will improve when you quit smoking:

Your skin will glow again – By quitting smoking you will get your glow back and slow down the facial aging process. Your skin will begin to regain the nutrients, oxygen and hydration lost during your years of smoking.

Breathing will become easier – Its no mystery that smokers cough frequently and struggle to breathe properly. A smokers lung capacity has been found to improve by 10{18289fc9367e4097169a006faef1370a186c78c56077efdadcb3d12975d19ab9} just 9 months after quitting, therefore if you want to breathe better drop the smokes.

Improved smell and taste – The toxins found in cigarettes dull the sense of smell and taste. People who have quit smoking have found a massive boost in these senses with food tasting better and that first cup of coffee smelling extra intense.

You may improve your fertility – Non-smokers find it easier to get pregnant. Quitting smoking improves the lining of the womb and can make men’s sperm more potent but most importantly, it improves your chances of having a healthy baby.

Non – Smokers live longer – its never too late to quit smoking. The NHS have done studies that show that men who quit smoking by the age of 30 add 10 years to their life expectancy.

You can better protect your loved ones – Secondary smoke has been found to increase risk of lung cancer, heart disease and stroke. Protect your loved ones by quitting today

Whiter teeth and fresher breath – By giving up tobacco you can improve the freshness of your breath and the stains on your teeth

Increased energy – after just 2 to 12 weeks of quitting smoking your blood circulation improves. Along with this come higher oxygen levels, improved performance and increased energy
