Finding Us & Arrival
We’re situated on Windsor Road, just a short walk from Neath town centre. The main entrance is through the pharmacy doors. Occasionally, you might be directed to the side clinic entrance — our team will guide you if so.
There’s a small step at the door, but we have a portable ramp available for wheelchair users. If you’d like assistance, just let us know when you arrive or give us a call beforehand.
Arrival Time
- Please arrive at your scheduled time — no need to come early, as space in reception is limited.
- Check in at the counter when you arrive; we’ll let you know when it’s time to go through.
- If you can’t attend, please use the reschedule or cancel link in your confirmation email.
Attending Your Appointment
- Please attend on your own unless you need a carer or support person. We want you to feel comfortable but also ensure privacy and focus during your consultation.
- If you’re being dropped off, it’s often easiest for friends or family to return once your appointment finishes. We’ll let you know roughly how long you’ll be.
- Bring reading glasses if you need them for forms or discussions.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing if your appointment includes any physical checks.
- For weight or BMI checks, we may need access to bare feet — please avoid tights or boots if possible.
Access & Upstairs Appointments
Some appointments take place upstairs. If this could be a problem, please let us know in advance — we can often arrange an online or phone consultation instead.
Facilities & Accessibility
- No public toilets are available on-site.
- Wheelchair access is limited due to the age of the building, but we’ll always do our best to assist or offer a remote consultation if more suitable.
- Fresh drinking water is always available — please just ask.
Respecting Our Space
We do our best to keep the clinic calm, comfortable and welcoming for everyone. To help us do that, please:
- Keep mobile phones on silent or low volume, and step outside to make or take calls.
- Kindly avoid bringing food or drink into the consultation area.
- Please don’t film, photograph, or record conversations during your appointment.
- Please do not watch live TV or TV streaming services on your phone, tablet or laptop while on the premises, as we do not hold a television licence.
You’re very welcome to read, browse quietly on your device, or simply relax while you wait. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful space — it makes a real difference for all our visitors.
Need to Reschedule or Cancel?
You can use the link in your confirmation email or message us via chat. You can also call 01639 630000 and we’ll help rearrange your booking.
If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund for paid services. We’ll always try to be fair, but short notice can mean the appointment goes unused.
After Your Appointment
You may receive a short text or email afterwards to ask how we did — we’d really value your feedback. If there’s something we can improve, please tell us directly. If you were happy with your visit, we’d love a quick Google review — it really helps others find us too.
