Directions to Neath Pharmacy
Address:
Neath Pharmacy
32 Orchard St, Neath
SA11 1HA
Opposite Victoria Gardens Bus Station
📍 How to Find Us
We’re located directly opposite Neath Bus Station, making us easily accessible by public transport. If arriving by car, please note that parking is limited nearby, but there are public car parks just a few minutes’ walk away.
🕣 Please Arrive On Time
- Please do not arrive early or late — space is limited and we keep a tight schedule.
- Check in at our Pharmacy Counter. You’ll be called to the consultation room when it’s time.
- Use the reschedule/cancel link in your confirmation email if you can’t attend.
↔️ Access & Arrival
Access is via the main Pharmacy entrance with a few small internal steps with handrail — just let us know if you need assistance.
On arrival, please check in with the Pharmacy team at the front counter. You may be asked to wait in the Pharmacy or Clinic area depending on the appointment — our team will guide you.
👥 Attending Your Appointment
- Please attend alone, unless you require a carer. While we don’t want to make anyone feel unwelcome, space is limited in the shop and private consultation areas.
- It’s often easier if friends or family return to collect you — we’ll give you an idea of how long your appointment will take.
- Bring reading glasses if required.
- Wear loose clothing for blood pressure measurement or any physical exams.
- For weight/BMI checks, we need access to bare feet — avoid tights or difficult shoes to remove.
🚻 Facilities & Accessibility
- Please note: we don’t have a public toilet on-site. Public toilets are available just opposite at Victoria Gardens, and there are also several nearby cafés with customer facilities.
- Wheelchair access is limited due to the age of the building. We can provide an online appointment if more suitable.
🤫 Respecting Our Space
To help keep our environment calm, comfortable and respectful for everyone:
- Please do not bring food or drink into the premises.
- Mobile phones should be kept on silent or low volume and off speaker.
- If you need to make or take a phone call, we kindly ask that you step outside to do so.
- Please avoid playing music or videos aloud — even at low volume — as this can distract staff and other visitors.
- No filming, photos or voice recordings are allowed during your visit.
- Please do not watch live TV, as we do not hold a television licence on the premises.
- We’re always happy to provide fresh drinking water — just ask if it hasn’t already been offered.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation — it helps us give everyone the care and attention they deserve.
➡️ Need to Reschedule or Cancel?
Use the link in your confirmation email, drop us a Chat Message or email help@healthdispensary.co.uk. This is quicker than phoning but you can contact us on 01639 630000 and leave a Voice Mail.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice where possible — this helps us offer your slot to someone on our waiting list.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund for paid services. We’ll always try to be fair, but short-notice changes can mean the appointment goes unused
䷾ After Your Appointment
You may receive a text or email asking for feedback.
If there’s anything we can improve, please let us know directly — we value all feedback.
If you had a great experience, we’d be so grateful if you could share it on Google reviews and help others find us too!
