We really appreciate you choosing The Health Dispensary – our aim is to make every call relaxed, professional and easy.

Before Your Appointment

  • We’ll call you on the number you provided at your booked time.
  • Please be ready a few minutes early – calls may come from a private or withheld number.
  • Check that your phone is not on Do Not Disturb or silenced for unknown callers.
  • If you miss the call, we’ll try once more. After that, you may need to rebook or reschedule.

During Your Call

  • Choose a quiet, private place so we can talk comfortably and confidentially.
  • Avoid speakerphone or noisy environments where possible – this helps us hear you clearly and protects your privacy.
  • No need to record the call – we’ll take professional notes and share any follow-up information you need.
  • Keep your medications or a list of your symptoms nearby.
  • For weight management calls, please be ready to provide your height and weight in a private setting.

One-to-One & Privacy

Your telephone consultation is a confidential, one-to-one discussion with a pharmacist prescriber or clinician.
Unless a parent or carer is required, please attend alone so we can focus entirely on you and your needs.
