Welcome to Your Online Appointment

đŸ’» Online Appointments – What to Expect

We’re looking forward to connecting with you for your online consultation. Here are a few helpful pointers to make sure everything runs smoothly:

📍 Before Your Appointment

  • Make sure you’re in a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable speaking.
  • Check your internet connection, and ensure your device (phone, tablet, or computer) is fully charged or plugged in.
  • We’ll send you a secure link to join your appointment — no downloads needed in most cases.

📅 On the Day

  • Please be ready a few minutes before your scheduled time.
  • Have any relevant information to hand (e.g. a list of medications, symptoms, photos if applicable).

🔇 Privacy & Courtesy

  • Online appointments are one-to-one — we ask that you attend alone unless a carer or parent is needed.
  • Please do not record the consultation. We’ll take any necessary notes or send follow-ups.
  • No speakerphone, and avoid loud background noise to help us hear you clearly.
  • If the video doesn’t connect, we may switch to a phone call at the same scheduled time.

🕘 Running Late?

If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We may still be able to see you, but we operate a tight schedule — missed appointments may need to be rebooked.

âžĄïž Need to Reschedule or Cancel?

Use the link in your confirmation email, drop us a Chat Message or contact us on 01639 630000 for help.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice where possible — this helps us offer your slot to someone on our waiting list.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund for paid services. We’ll always try to be fair, but short-notice changes can mean the appointment goes unused

đŸ“Č Feedback

After your consultation, we’ll send you a quick feedback request. If we can improve anything, let us know directly. If you’re happy with your experience, we’d love a shout-out in a Google review!
