đ» Online Appointments â What to Expect
Weâre looking forward to connecting with you for your online consultation. Here are a few helpful pointers to make sure everything runs smoothly:
đ Before Your Appointment
- Make sure youâre in a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable speaking.
- Check your internet connection, and ensure your device (phone, tablet, or computer) is fully charged or plugged in.
- Weâll send you a secure link to join your appointment â no downloads needed in most cases.
đ On the Day
- Please be ready a few minutes before your scheduled time.
- Have any relevant information to hand (e.g. a list of medications, symptoms, photos if applicable).
đ Privacy & Courtesy
- Online appointments are one-to-one â we ask that you attend alone unless a carer or parent is needed.
- Please do not record the consultation. Weâll take any necessary notes or send follow-ups.
- No speakerphone, and avoid loud background noise to help us hear you clearly.
- If the video doesnât connect, we may switch to a phone call at the same scheduled time.
đ Running Late?
If youâre running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We may still be able to see you, but we operate a tight schedule â missed appointments may need to be rebooked.
âĄïž Need to Reschedule or Cancel?
Use the link in your confirmation email, drop us a Chat Message or contact us on 01639 630000 for help.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hoursâ notice where possible â this helps us offer your slot to someone on our waiting list.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hoursâ notice may not be eligible for a refund for paid services. Weâll always try to be fair, but short-notice changes can mean the appointment goes unused
đČ Feedback
After your consultation, weâll send you a quick feedback request. If we can improve anything, let us know directly. If youâre happy with your experience, weâd love a shout-out in a Google review!
