We’re located a short walk from Neath town centre. There is limited free on-street parking directly outside and in the nearby streets.
If parking is full, the Neath multi-storey car park on Fairfield Way is just a few minutes away.
Arrival and Access
Access is normally through our Main Pharmacy entrance during regular opening hours (Monday to Friday, 9.30 am – 5.30 pm).
For some clinic or evening appointments, please use the Clinic entrance next door — if it’s locked, simply ring the bell or knock and one of our team will come to greet you.
Please check in at the counter on arrival. You may be asked to wait in the pharmacy or in our clinic area depending on the appointment type.
Upstairs Clinic Rooms
Our holistic and wellbeing services (such as acupuncture, counselling, nutrition, and complementary therapies)
are held in relaxing rooms upstairs at the Windsor Road clinic.
There is a handrail, but unfortunately no lift. If you have difficulty with stairs, please let us know in advance —
we can often offer an online consultation or discuss alternative arrangements.
Please Arrive On Time
- Try to arrive at your scheduled time rather than early or late, as space is limited and we aim to keep a peaceful flow between clients.
- If you’re unable to attend, please use the reschedule or cancel link in your confirmation email.
Preparing for Your Session
- Bring reading glasses if you need them for completing forms or reading materials.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy movement or access for therapy treatments such as acupuncture or massage.
- Please avoid wearing strong perfumes or aftershaves as some clients and practitioners may be sensitive to scents.
Facilities & Accessibility
- No public toilets are available on-site. The nearest public facilities are at Victoria Gardens and several nearby cafés.
- Wheelchair access is limited due to the building’s age and stairs to the clinic rooms. Please contact us in advance if you require assistance or would prefer an online appointment.
Respecting Our Healing Space
To keep the clinic environment calm, respectful and restorative for all:
- Avoid bringing food or drink into the premises (water is fine).
- Keep phones on silent or vibrate. If you need to make or take a call, please step outside.
- Refrain from filming, photos or voice recordings during sessions.
- Please do not stream or watch live TV on your device — this is not permitted under licensing rules.
- We’re always happy to offer fresh drinking water — just ask your practitioner.
Need to Reschedule or Cancel?
You can amend your booking using the link in your confirmation email, send us a Chat Message,
or contact us on 01639 630000. You can also email help@healthdispensary.co.uk.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer your slot to another client.
Short-notice cancellations may not be refundable for paid appointments, but we always aim to be fair.
