• which type of appointment you’ve booked (in-person, telephone, or online)
• the branch or contact method (phone / video link)
• any special instructions for your service

Your messages will remind you, but it’s worth double-checking now so there are no surprises on the day.

Where Your Appointment Will Be

If your appointment is in Neath, you’ll be seen at one of our two branches. Please check which one appears in your confirmation:

• Neath Pharmacy – Victoria Gardens
• The Health Dispensary – Windsor Road

If you’re unsure or your circumstances change, you can reply to your confirmation message or contact us and we’ll guide you.

If you need to make a change, please let us know as soon as possible. In many cases you can:
