Are you feeling stuck in a rut, or feeling that you would like to get more out of your life? Coaching may help if you want to change your situation, improve your relationships or your performance. Coaching isn’t something that is done to you, it’s very much a collaborative process between you and the coach. The client-coach relationship is unique and special as your coach can help you identify your core values and find the goal and vision you’ve been searching for.
It’s about tapping into your resources and a way of helping you to seek clarity and the answers you need. The coach will deeply listen to you and provide a space in which you can open up and explore your thoughts without criticism or interruption. The coach may ask questions s a way of challenging what you are saying or directing you in a way you may not have thought of before.
Coaching isn’t counselling, so if you are looking for help with traumatic problems such as abuse or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) you may want to speak with our counsellor. However, you are in safe hands, as the coach will know if this is ever needed.
All sessions are completely confidential and appointments held in a comfortable private seated room with air-conditioning.
