🕣 Please Arrive On Time
Use the reschedule/cancel link in your confirmation email if you can’t attend.
Please do not arrive early or late — space is limited and we keep a tight schedule.
👥 Attending Your Appointment
- Please attend alone, unless you require a carer or chaperone. While we don’t want to make anyone feel unwelcome, we cannot leave accompanying guests unattended
- It’s often easier if friends or family return to collect you — we’ll give you an idea of how long your appointment will take.
- Bring reading glasses if required.
- Wear loose comfortable clothing.
- For weight/BMI checks, we need access to bare feet — avoid tights or difficult shoes.
⬆️ Upstairs Appointments
Some appointments may take place upstairs. If this could be an issue, please contact us in advance or request an online consultation.
🚻 Facilities & Accessibility
- No public toilets on-site.
- Wheelchair access may be limited due to the age of the building. We’ll do our best to assist or provide an online appointment if more suitable.
🤫 Respecting Our Space
To help keep our clinic environment calm, comfortable and respectful for everyone:
- Please do not bring food or drink into the premises.
- Mobile phones should be kept on silent or low volume and off speaker.
- If you need to make or take a phone call, we kindly ask that you step outside to do so.
- Please avoid playing music or videos aloud — even at low volume — as this can distract staff and other visitors.
- No filming, photos or voice recordings are allowed during your visit.
- Please do not watch live TV, as we do not hold a television licence on the premises.
- We’re always happy to provide fresh drinking water — just ask if it hasn’t already been offered.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation — it helps us give everyone the care and attention they deserve.
➡️ Need to Reschedule or Cancel?
Use the link in your confirmation email, drop us a Chat Message or contact us on 01639 630000 for help.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice where possible — this helps us offer your slot to someone on our waiting list.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund for paid services. We’ll always try to be fair, but short-notice changes can mean the appointment goes unused
䷾ After Your Appointment

If there’s anything we can improve, please let us know directly — we value all feedback.
If you had a great experience, we’d be so grateful if you could share it on Google reviews and help others find us too!
